9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Registration for Quilts Only - AgriLife Auditorium
9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Registration for Creative Writing Only - AgriLife Auditorium
4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Early Registration for All Other Exhibitors - AgriLife Auditorium

Thursday, June 12th

9:00 a.m. Quilt Division Start Judging - Quest Gym
9:00 a.m. Creative Writing Start Judging - AgriLife Auditorium
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Registration for All Other Exhibitors - AgriLife Auditorium
12:00 p.m. Fair CLOSED to the public for judging

Friday, June 13th

9:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Fair OPEN to the Public - AgriLife Auditorium
9:30 a.m. Opening Ceremony - AgriLife Auditorium
10:00 a.m. Enjoy the Fair -
AgriLife Auditorium, Quest Gym, Exhibits, Country Store,
Silent Auction, and Food Vendors
11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Presentations (Off and On during the day)
2:00 p.m. Ice Cream Crank-Off & Tasting - AgriLife Auditorium
4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Cooking Demonstration - AgriLife Auditorium
5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Awards Presentation & Photographs - AgriLife Auditorium

Saturday, June 14th

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Fair OPEN to the Public -

12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Live Music - AgriLife Auditorium
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors pick up entries
4:30 p.m. AgriLife Auditorium Closed to all except Fair workers
